Terms & Conditions

1. I acknowledge I am aware that in no way this workshop/masterclass is to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. I enter into this training & coaching with the full understanding that I am responsible for creating my own results.

2. As a participant of this workshop/masterclass I understand that all information and techniques, skills and concepts that are shared by speakers and trainers and all online video and audio recordings, all audio and video trainings, manuals, information, documents, resources and other materials are the property of Jason Parks & Emma Romano. It is assumed that this application is completed with the understanding that what is taught within the program will not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold, forwarded, shared or otherwise transferred without our written consent.

 

3. I understand this workshop/masterclass will be recorded with footage that will contain the participants including myself. The purpose is to use the recording from this program - including demonstrations, participants and their interactions during this program - for the participants to be able to replay the content. The recording will only be made available in a private group/site for the access of those within the private group. By signing this agreement, and participating in the live training, I am granting permission for this recording to be used for the purposes as outlined above. Should you not wish to be recorded, you can choose to not participate on video in the live recording or watch the replay.

 

4. Course fees paid are not refundable after this agreement is ticked, (as once accepted, the course content will be available to you, along with the live training & recording, for which you will have lifetime access)
